It’s normal since FS2024 is simply FS2020 with career mode. So, all the bugs present in FS2020 will also be found in FS2024.

There are other ways: simply exclude the lakes and rivers in a certain region from freezing?

Lakes in Switzerland are Frozen (Lake Thun and Lake Brienz). We had that in FS2020 and that was fixed. Now the same Problem happens in FS2024. In Reality those lakes are never ever frozen…

i think the problem is still the same the meteoblue data is not good enough, but why can’t you just exclude the lakes from freezing?
