Anyone else having issues with the glider crashing no matter what? I’ve put it down at -65 fpm and 40 kts to no avail, crashed. Of the 14 people in my cohort, only 5 have managed to complete a landing so I’m betting it’s not just me. Any clues?

Not doing this, when touching down, it seems like a landing without the gear down.
So, it seems the gear is up although it shows it’s down!
When we start, the RED button is lit:
After up then down, the green button is lit:

Well, yes and no. Now I hear the wheel touch and I roll a bit before it says I crashed. That’s an improvement. I try a few more times…

I believe you’re supposed to land in the opposite direction.
No, RevampedSine732 is right: The landing gear switch also have a neutral position where it start, so you need to put it Down to land without crashing.
Description of the issue:
The challenge fails immediately upon touching down on the runway.
It seems to be related to the initial landing gear status (extended) not being properly recognized by the game. The issue disappears after toggling the gear up and down.
If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
The DG1001e Neo Gilder.
[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
I do not have any mod or add-on.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
It happens everytime the challenge restarts.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Start the challenge
- Try to land the plane without touching the landing gear
- It will fails as soon as you hit the grass on the runway.

Thank you for the reply as this was the initial issue. Now, however, I can get on the ground on the wheel and roll for a bit then it says failed. I can’t get stopped before it does it.
Well I’ll be, that was it. How are you supposed to know to come in from the “wrong” direction? Landing backwards I was able to complete the challenge and get a score. Thank you.
