First, the fps are much better than in FS2020. Overall, the sim is really fluid and very nice, adding a lot to realism and immersive experience. I do love the maritime traffic as well, this adds a lot whilst flying above coasts and seas. Congratulations for that and all the work done.
The big problem is the loading times (often several minutes for loading hi-res textures and dense scenery, in spite of an average connection of 70/80 Mbit/s, with peaks at 120, so significantly above the recommended and sometimes slightly above the optimal). Your servers really urgently need a vast improvement for that matter.
I don’t know if it is datas transfer rate from servers related, but on inland sceneries (rivers or narrow seas or docked in harbors) the ships are not correctly positionned and are often sitting above water level and in uncorrect bearing). Ships behave like if they’ve no room enought to correctly sit on water, they sometimes rise and fall slowly.
The type of ship is not correct as well, as seen on the joined screenshots, where a rather big cargoship can be seen on the Seine river for instance.

I have just noticed this while flying through Paris. Very, very strange. They’re ghost ships. They’re not solid. You can fly straight through them and can’t land on them. They sometimes disappear when you get close, but sometimes nor. And they occasionally change colour spontaneously.
Huge ships (tankers, I think) beached on the river Seine in Paris, sometimes even overlapping each other. I have also seen big four-mast sailships. They have nameplates displayed, so they are coming from traffic data, I suppose.
I was flying a Free Flight.
[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
I have no mods/add-ons on 2024.

Every time (I tried three times). It’s a new bug introduced by patch #3. There were no such huge boats in Paris before that patch.

Title updated with the location since seems specific to Paris, France. Will allow easier search for the community having the same issue and that want to contribute.
Moved to Scenery and Airports that is more appropriate.
Same cruise ships and tankers were already there in the tech alpha.
I reported it on discord at the time and some fanboys said it would of course be changed to smaller boats in the released game. Yeah sure…
Of course such an obvious issue, reported so early in the release cycle, would be solved in SU1. Yeah sure…
I really give up. What is the point of reporting bugs? It is difficult enough to get them investigated and bug-logged. Even when they are marked as “fixed,” many bugs still persist in the live version.
A trick install GAIST Ultra 60.1 and Gaist ships route in your Parms disable Ai traffic. and the AI shit boats Tankers etc. disappeared. Msfs 2024 must have an enormous update to work correctly.
