As the title suggests this is about the Three Sisters race.

Despite all my efforts, the times of the first 3 players are much faster:
Until a few days ago, I had never seen these names tags, unlike artpilot78, ZehKarneval323, Denrael G, Fiswiz,…, who have been and are consistently among the fastest in most races. Here, they are even slower than me…
This leads me to think that the first 3 competitors are from another platform, either Xbox or Playstation… I am on PC.
I wonder if the MXS-R could be a bit faster on these platforms than on PC… making impossible for those on PCs to match these fastest times.
Could a moderator please ask Asobo to investigate if there is a discrepancy in the MXS-R performance between the different platforms?
I also tried to lower the prop lever (blue lever) to ~ 90%, but the MXS-R is even slower doing this…
I am not complaining or accusing anyone of anything; I just want these challenges to be the same for everyone.
The Twelve Apostles race also has the same plane…

Yeah I have a similar question. For the 12 Apostles, I am seeing times insanely fast. Surely there is some technique at play, but noting the world record is like 55 seconds, I honeslty wonder how that can be acheived. Would love to know so I can learn!

Indeed, the 12 Apostles race has the first two much faster.
I haven’t tried much on this, because it is clear, only 2 players have somehow a faster plane…
Nothing I tried make it faster; in fact, lowering the prop to ~90 or 95% made it even slower when I tried.
I am not complaining, but would like the competition to be the same for all.
Cudos on the time too! 57.575 is very good! I can’t get under 59, try as I might. There is something about the required technique and/or race line I just don’t get. Is what it is, but being able to see others ghost tracks sure would be nice. Or able to analyse the race after, like a replay or something.

That 57.575 was from around 2 weeks ago, as I didn’t bother to try again in the last few days:
Seeing artpilot78, who is present in most other races leaderboards, not being able to match players that are not in most other races leaderboard, is a strong indication that most players don’t have the same conditions: the first two seem to have a faster MXS-R…
This would make the competition not fair for most players, as the leaderboard suggests.
Shame that Asobo/Microsoft don’t seem interested in investigating this, or confirm that the aircraft is the same for all, so the first two are in this case, excellent.
Instead, I decided to concentrate on the 737 Max landing challenge:

I enjoy the challenge league, it’s a great addition to the sim world. I wonder if they have thought of other ways to bring the competition element in to MSFS?
