Rather than moving the camera position (not rotating) with the keyboard or other input device, it would be neat if it adjusted the perspective based on lateral head movement. Anything like this exist? Right now it assumes your eyes are exactly in the middle of the center screen. This would allow you to peak over the glareshield, and move your head over to see around things (gauges behind the throttle, etc.).
The Tobii Eyet Tracker 5 does both eye and head tracking. You can control the relative amount also. It is a full 6 degrees of freedom device. Thanks. --Redeye
I use TrackIR for my setup. Works beautifully. Same principle as Tobii, but only tracks the head movement.
