OK, so I answered my own question. A light bulb went off in my head and I deleted the FS Dreamteam CYVR I had installed and then BINGO, all the LVFR static aircraft now appear. I guess I will see if I can send a message to LVFR and advise them of this, maybe it can be fixed. The default CYVR will not due, so I will be reinstalling the FS Dreamteam again.

same here I have fs dreamteam Vancouver and its a ghost town with no lvfr airplanes in sight. other add-on airports work just fine. yeah hopefully they can update this airport soon
Iām not optimistic anything will be done to fix this. I have spoken to both developers and essentially they are pointing the finger at one another. Some of their explanation is above the level of my knowledge so I canāt explain it properly. It basically leaves us as the paying customer not getting what is advertised or what we think we are paying for. I tried a suggestion from the FS Dreamteam about uninstalling and re-install in a different order but that didnāt do anything, still the same ghost town. I have yet to reply to him on that as I just have not had time.
As a consumer on the Xbox I feel there is nothing else I can do, and itās not like we can get refunds is it? I wouldnāt know how as Iāve never tried to return anything. I donāt want this to sound bitter because Iām not, disappointed for sure but not bitter. However I will not be making any future purchases with these developers as I have no confidence. Also I will certainly pay more attention to my future purchases, so the result is it impacts all developers on the marketplace that I would be a customer too. Just my $.02
I forgot to mention I have another add-on airport by a different developer and all the static aircraft are populated there just fine.

I just got lvfr Europe pack and canāt see any static aircraft other Ethan the ones Microsoft put on?!
I think you bought the wrong pack. That is airport vehicles not planes. Static aircraft is worldwide.
I never ended up getting this pack and unsure what to say as Iām confused, did you mean to reply to someone else? I can speak for all AREX packs though but canāt help you with this. Maybe @LEEis3371195 is right with you getting an AREX pack by mistake perhaps?
I bought this from the In-game Marketplace and was fully satisfied with its reasonable quality and no-impact on VR performance although it only covers 400+ airports. Highly recommended for airliner enthusiasts who usually visit those major airports.

Also, how does this work with 3rd party add-on airports from the Marketplace? Do they interfere?
I have since uninstalled this addon with the arrival of the brilliant freeware FSLTL traffic AI package which supersedes the requirement to have this installed.
On XBOX I have a love/hate with this as it has some issues where I have upgraded airports with some conflicts. But itās small enough to load back up fast if Iām flying in areas that donāt have a lot of enhanced airports. It helps flesh things out a bit, even if just flying over/around major airports. Really need to re-skin the defaults on xbox. Some PC freeware could sell easily on the xbox marketplace. I like flying light aircraft in GB and between this, some Orbx love, Global Shipping and birds itās a ton better.
Thinking of buying this as itās on sale.
For those who have it on Xbox, would you recommend it? Itās only for parked aircraft correct? Like any planes on the tarmac taking off or taxing will be generic?

I enjoy it and it does add some more immersion. It is only for parked aircraft. It can be annoying spawning at a gate where a static aircraft is placed but youāll learn which gates to use that are empty. Itās also great because youāll also see military aircraft at certain bases(can only confirm for US bases)

One question - I see a lot of real liveries now which is cool but I also see the generic aircraft parked. Is this normal or do I have to change something in the options so no generic planes are parked?
The other thing Iām seeing thatās broken is some generic and real planes get meshed together. Like youāll see one fuselage and two tail wings popping out of it. Or sometimes just two planes stuck together . Looks terrible and anyway to fix this?

The static aircraft are OKAY, it adds a lot to some airports, like the concorde at heathrow. In other instances, it has aircraft layered upon layered with certain scenery. I would say buy it on sale. I install/uninstall depending on where Iām flying. Put it on when in areas I donāt have a lot of third party stuff, uninstall when flying my favorite loaded areas. Say in Honolulu where I have everything BUT the airport itās great. But in KDCA they do such a good job with placement, they get in the way. Itās small and easy to add/remove.
One of these days someone will figure out how to add liveries to AI/legacy ground aircraft, not sure why this has not been done?? 15 yellow/gray airliners in a rowā¦

While this addon is cool and all and I really wanted it to work for Xbox and populated the airport with real looking planes with actual real liveries, this mod really needs to fix a bug.
Thing is, it sure does populate the airport, too much in fact to the point that after I land and am heading to the gate the tower has directed me to, there will be an aircraft in my spot. And just about every other spot as well. Also, when I do find an open spot and park, shortly after parking an aircraft will spawn directly on top of my aircraft. Every. Single. Time.
And when I spawn at the gate to actually start my flight, no less than like 30 seconds after spawning, the same thing happens. An aircraft will poof magically appear and then plop down right on top of my aircraft.
After spending the 12.99 or whatever for this mod, today out of frustration I uninstalled it and kinda wish I could get a refund since this isnāt what was described nor what the mod should do. After having it awhilez and then coming hear to look and see if this was a new problem and seeing posts about it from 2022 itās obvious this mod has been out for some time, and yet the bug still exists. Which makes me think itās probably an issue they canāt fix since Iām sure thereās some sort of timer and if/then statement in the code which probably reads something like once the timer reaches 0, it triggers the if(parking spot is empty) then(spawn random aircraft) statement and then resets the timer which is on a loop.
Unless they figure out a way to find out If the spot is occupied or soon to be occupied (if the towers instruction to a just landed aircraft sets some value to 1 instead of 0 that the currently vacant spot is soon to be filled) and can check what spots are filled (1) versus empty(0) then itās never going to get fixed.
And running that little fun bit of code would add probably a lot of behind the scenes stuff that would load the CPU because of just how many airports youāre around that it has to check and how many spots it has to check which could be just a few to tons given the size of some airportsā¦ the extra processing would no doubt make the fps and stuff take a hit when the code is running every X amount of.minutes that are in itās loop (which seems like a pretty quick loop or sequence theyāve programmed since less a minute or even 30 seconds elapses after spawning a plane spawns on top of my plane to fill my spot which when the code inevitably runs.
Please fix it tho or do somethingā¦ I love the mod and donāt care about a refund or the cost. What it provides is something I want to have. just wanted to drop this line off so someone might help

as indicated in the description of this Addon , it is recommended that ground plane traffic is set to 0
