I can’t really tell the difference between “on” and “off” on this setting. What do you fly with?

Here’s some examples:

When I first started flying with the release version, I was using a 3 monitor setup using the nVidia Surround setting. It helped the two outer monitors not be quite so distorted. I don’t think it would do much if you’re just using a single standard display monitor, unless you’re zoomed wayyyy out.
