With a clean installation it is OK, so this is caused by your added version(s), I suggest you contact the developer of that addon.
Note: the correct runway is 31, not 32 so that seems a big mistake to begin with…

Hello,
LFTH is not in the base sim. The Bug Reporting category is only for first-party bugs. So I have moved this to Community Support > World.
Yes, I was seeing the Navigraph runway, not a MSFS runway.

What is a “navigraph runway”? Is it something Navigraph has put into the sim then? (I do have a Navigraph subscription.)
As mentioned the issue of duplicate runways and markings applies to 3 different 3rd party add ons I’ve tried so it looks like none of them is overwriting the Navigraph version of the airport. Can I remove the Navigraph version somehow?
I don’t really know. This seems to be a regular problem with LFTH. Because there is nothing in MSFS, Navigraph is used, and then there is a conflict with addon LFTHs. You probably need to do something with the priorities. Maybe this can help (using experimental package reorder tool): Pilote-Virtuel.com - Forum de simulation aérienne / [MSFS] GSX et scène LFTH de chez Azurpoly (in french, but I’m sure the info can be found elsewhere too).
