Thank you for this report. We’ve moved your topic into the User Support Hub.
The Bug Reporting Hub is for posting suspected or confirmed bugs that other users are able to reproduce without duplicating an existing bug report. Using the template or providing all the relevant information about your bug and sim setup is required in order to provide valuable information, feedback, and replication steps to our test team.
If you are not sure if your issue is a bug or need further input from the community, please use the User Support Hub category. If the community can replicate your issue, first search the Bug category to see if there’s an existing topic. If it already exists, contribute to that report. Duplicate bug reports will be closed.
If you believe it is a new report and no duplicate exists, then create a new bug topic using the provided topic template.
All issues caused by or involving third-party addons/mods should be reported to the third-party developer. Assure that no addons/mods are used when reporting issues in Bug Reports.
Yes, I have disabled Rex ATMOS, Active Sky and Reshade but the issue still persists. I don’t believe this is aircraft or airport-related as it persists regardless of what or where I fly.
You should always test with all your addons disabled to discard 3rd party conflict.
I have not seen this issue reported so it seems more likely a local issue unless others users can replicate.
You could also indicates the coordinates where you took those screenshots in order for users to test at the same location.
To fully eliminate any addon conflicts, either move your Community folder to the desktop or just rename it, then restart the sim. The system will make a new empty Community folder. Test to see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, you know that it was something in that folder. If it does persist, hit Ctrl+Shift+Esc to bring up the Task Manager and shut down the sim from there to simulate a crash. When you restart, select Safe Mode to deactivate 3rd party addons in the Official folder. If the issue still persists after that, you have a real bug and that can go to Zendesk. If not, then the conflict is probably a Marketplace addon.
I live in a big city with next to it big commercial agricultural greenhouses. Both emitting quite a lot of light into the nightsky. And also the industrial complexes in the harbor emits a lot of light at night. Looking at the pictures, I see nothing out of the ordinary. And mind you, when it is a moonlit night, the Moon creates light on clouds.
