Light cones dont change with humidity!

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:The light cone coming from landinglights dont change with humidity settings. When theres no humidity there should be no light cone.

Coordinate or location of issue:Weather settings and humidity

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Take any aircraft and turn on the landing lights at night

  2. see the lightshaft coming from the lights looking like fog

  3. adjust the humidity setting and see there is no difference

It never occurred to me that humidity was a factor to this effect.
However, I understand that these “light cones” are a constant “object” from the old FSX days and then again it might be different in the SU3.

Still, this has my vote as a step to “as real as it can be”!

Does the humidity slider do anything? I think there is a thread about the humidity slider not working

No its working fine in fs2020. Humidity makes the air full of wet particles, that again makes the lights get the “foggy’ looking beam.
