Verified. I can see it, too, at approximately 53.335232, -2.863284.

I have World Update 3 installed. I don’t know if this is a World Update 3 issue or an issue with the default scenery.

Please note that I also changed the topic of this bug report, as there are multiple airports with the name “Liverpool” in them.

I concur, I have the same problem with the “Hand Crafted” (!) ASOBO Liverpool UK Airport.
