dear, at the SABA airport (Argentina) the runway lights on rnwy 16-34 are off-center.

I haven’t been able to duplicate the issue. There aren’t any lights on the runway, and the runway markings seem to be correctly placed in the screenshot I got. Are you using any mods or scenery add-ons that might have caused the issue? Does it consistently look wrong after you’ve restarted the flight? Sorry I couldn’t help.

Dear, a Navigraph 2011 rev6 file caused the problem. Now it works well
