List of graphic settings and here influence on FPS in VR

Hi all,

I just upgraded my GPU to a beefy 3080 and set everything to the Max. I get around 40fps. I want to get it as close as possible to the 45fps. Some time ago I saw a list “somewhere” where there was a link between the graphic settings and a percentage of FPS cost if you boost that up. I can’t find it anywhere. Does anybody have an idea where I can find this list?
