Aircraft that spawn on the final usually come above the ideal altitude and try to land on the other side of the runway, and then they go around.

All parkings and gates are filled with AI aircraft. If an aircraft lands and there is no empty gate/parking available, it waits for long periods until it disappears. The problem is that if another aircraft comes behind after landing on a parallel runway, it creates a HUGE queue between the runway and the hold shorts and when time goes by, there are 3, 4 and even 5 aircraft waiting on the runway! The game engine need clear some gates/parkings to prevent this.

These aircraft, being on the runway, create go-around situations for aircraft that land and more chaos ensues.

Aircraft are preferring to use runways rather than nearest taxiways to reach a parallel runway. This creates go arounds.

If an aircraft is at the holding short of the runway and another aircraft is on its left or right heading to the same runway, the aircraft that comes from the other side, knowing that there is one holding on hold short, will take the nearest taxiway and take-off from the middle of the runway.
