Here’s the current live weather situation for me.
Here is the current weather on the east coast according to meteoblue NEMS Global currently at 0000Z (2000 EDT)
When I fired up FS, the live weather is about 8 hours ahead. The weather in sim seems to match what meteoblue forecast would be around 0900Z (0500 EDT) tomorrow morning. Notice the line of storms/clouds from over Nova Scotia down to South Carolina/Florida.
So I decided to shut down FS and restart the sim. After logging back in, the weather now seems about 12 hours behind and matches pretty closely with approx 1300Z (0900 EDT) earlier this morning. Notice the storms depicted over the Appalachians and Northeast.
So as of right now, I get weather either 8 hours ahead, or 12 hours behind.
