Live Weather is broken in MSFS 2020 for 5 hours now [May-21-2026]

Yet again live weather is down for me. No wind, QNH stuck at 29.92. Anyone else experiencing those issues?

Yup, looks like its down again. at KMIA, metar says sct030 bkn038 bkn060 and altimeter of 30.05 and its stuck at 29.92

It was in the tags - FS2020, Xbox series X. Central Europe.

I’m at SBSP airport. The real METAR: SBSP 211500Z 15010KT 9999 OVC011 16/14 Q1026=

When you press B for automatic baro setting, its goes to 1013hPa. And also the temperature doesnt match with the metar. I was approaching and was almost 400ft below the glide slope on RNAV.

Live weather down again in MSFS 2020. QNH stuck at 1013 even when pressing B and temperature stuck at 19 degrees. METAR reads Q1020 and temperature 28.

Same as mine. I am flying in Hong Kong and there is no wind while METAR reports 210@6kts

Are there any issues with Live winds in MSFS2020 right now? I have no wind at FL380. Switching to ASFS Active Mode I have a 22kt headwind. Back to MSFS Live Weather and no winds.

I have enabled/disabled live weather

Created a preset and then back to live weather
ASFS Active mode and back

Enabled and disabled online services altogether

None of which has resolved the issue and Online services shows fine. Ironically temp shows -15 so “some” weather is working…

Live weather is also down for me, no wind, QNH, temp. MS Store, based in southern Germany, flying in southern Germany.

Msfs2020 Windows Store. Winds are at default 225/2 everywhere in high altitude. Seems like major live weather issues are now at least once a month…

Also for me.. no QNH, 3kn of Wind at flightlevel 370, clouds are visible.. from EGLL to EDDM as DLH7CY. MSFS2020 Store version

Same here in Ontario Canada. Currently cruising at FL400. NZAA-CYVR. Absolutely NO winds and my cloud cover hasn’t changed for hours now…

Is the team aware of this even? the online services still show MSFS 2020 live wx as operational

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: No live weather in at least Germany. And the strangest is that this still shows all green, even if it is down for more than 5 hours, indicating that possibly no one is working on it Online Services Monitoring

Weather: QNH is 1013 everywhere instead of 1027 in Hamburg EDDH. 220/3 wind everywhere, even at FL360.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

It is broken since ~17 CEST

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Spawn at eg. EDDH

  2. The QNH is 1013, after hitting B. Setting 1027 shows incorrect altitude on the ground.
