Live weather seems delayed by hours

Today on northern Italy there was a storm in the afternoon, while live weather is showing now (2115Z) the storm much more west still in France. It seems that live weather is delayed by some hours, and checking Meteoblue maps seems to suggest that as well.

Metar in airports are somehow fine.

It has definitely been delayed today. Same thing has happened in the USA.

Sorry but those pictures don’t mean anything. How can I see if it’s delayed or not on these shots?
