When did this thread start? 2021? It’s been over a year since people have been warning about this issue intermittently but sadly nothing was done. It took some streamer with insider connection to elevate the issue and now it is happening system-wide… I’m just really baffled at how all of this is be…

Ah ok I see what you are saying. I only suspect that it might be the same technical root cause from the servers but well, I am not the dv or the moderator. Hope this gets solved quickly!

Why are comments from this thread being moved into the No live weather at all (February 2023) thread? No live weather seems to be a new problem, but this problem has been a problem the past 4-6 months. I am just hoping this issue isn’t overlooked because it just became a logged bug.

Yes you´re right, but my posts you moved where only related to the last topic of an “end of weather stream”, as i was always able to get clouds from the beginning.

After the fix on 2/7 this again happened 2345EST US East server. Not super obvious but the clouds were cut off abruptly (the other side was more obvious but didnt get the screenshot) [Screenshot (301)]

Today it happened again. Flying from KLAS to EDDB. Clouds where there until somewhere south of Greenland, now its a complete clear sky. Didn´t catch the exact time when the clouds disappeared, as i was not on pc. So sorry couldn´t catch the line of disappearance this time. There is “NO METAR AVAILAB…

Tonight is the first time live weather has worked for days…out of Chicago Executive.

[Screenshot (305)] I am suspecting that this has to do with the Azure cache bug that was mentioned earlier today…the sim is obviously not getting correct weather information for some reason and the clouds rendering just completely stopped.
