Pretty much since release for me, I guess it is not a priority fix

Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?
• Yes

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• Seems almost random. I always turn on live weather. Sometimes on the next flight it remains, sometimes not. Can’t tie down a pattern between changing planes, restarting sim, etc. but it happens frequently. Saving settings doesn’t seem that hard???

If relevant, provide additional screenshots/video:

PRETTY MUCH EVERY TIME I LOAD UP THE SIMULATOR- IF I HAD TO GUESS I’D SAY 8 OUT OF EVERY 10 TIMES

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. In MSFS 2024 go to free flight
  2. Turn on live weather if it’s not already on by default (sometimes it’s turned off automatically when it should be on).
  3. Go back to the free flight world map and select a plane and change the livery. Save your selection and head back to the world map.
  4. Live weather will now be off even though it was turned on initially.

• Yes (on SU2 v1.4.20.0)

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• Note that although the weather box changes to “Custom” when you save your selection and head back to the world map (step 3 in the OP’s instructions), if you click on the flight conditions box to enter the weather & time settings page, the weather will show as “Live”, not “Custom”
