Although winds aloft seem to have been fixed with the latest patch, winds at ground & airport level appear way too calm based on current conditions. I just landed at KMIA using Live Weather. At 1,000 ft and higher I was getting correct NE winds of around 20 knots. Now here on the runway and parked at the airport I’m only getting 6 knots, when irl winds are around 15 knots and gusty. I’ve seen this at many other locations after Live Weather was supposedly “fixed.”
Has anyone else noticed this? Is this a known issue?
You’re still a decent height over the runway though, and that plane should be doing much worse in a 45 kt crosswind. Winds are too light on the surface for sure. Was at an airport reporting 15 kts and on the ground I was reading 3 kts. Should’ve gotten maybe 10-11 kts on the ground (because wind stations are 10 meters above the ground - at ground level, it should be around 70% of the reported winds).
Winds weren’t a direct crosswind, about 45 degrees off. So 20-30 kts of crosswind. It stayed the same as I descended to attempt landing. Couldn’t get it down, so landed in the grass directly into the wind with zero groundspeed! I certainly wouldn’t be flying for real in those conditions, but I wanted to find maximum crosswind at the surface.

Test #1 at KSTL - Seems to be fixed. Winds were reporting 10 kts, and I’m on the runway showing 8 kts (which is the expected reduction 10 meters below the reporting station). Even went to 9 kts during the roll.
Unrelated, but wanted to say that the A320 took off beautifully this time. They fixed the weird pitch issues on the ground.
