Do liveries with their own panel.cfg no longer get a separate state.CFG file?
They still need an aircraft.cfg file.
They have aircraft.cfg files.
Sorry, I wasn’t paying too much attention there.
MSFS creates state.cfg files and maintains them. All you can do is read them.
