Loaded into Career Mission with instant failure and reputation decrease

Plane crashes at beginning of mission or loads me in a building

I start a mission in career mode, it loads then it either loads the plane in a building or it slams it into the ground causing the mission to fail and then it ruins my reputation. I would hate to see this happen on planes I have to buy. Hopefully this gets fixed.
