I start a mission in career mode, it loads then it either loads the plane in a building or it slams it into the ground causing the mission to fail and then it ruins my reputation. I would hate to see this happen on planes I have to buy. Hopefully this gets fixed.

Had the same issue. Character loads under a random roof, plane turns nose down into the ground followed by a notification saying i crashed.
I then was about to press restart when an error code popped and sent me back to the career menu and deducting a HUGE amount of reputation (went from mid A rating to about 3/4 B rating).

Yup, I had the same thing happen. This really sucks, i hope they fix it and reset everyone’s reputation. I should not be at an F rating on reputation due to 10 missions that I didn’t even start yet and was not my fault. If I overstress an aircraft or crash the plane myself that’s one thing but to start a mission and it immediately crashes you before the plane turns on thats a huge issue.

I have just experienced this, i accepted a mission and it came up with mission failed plane crashed.
The game then froze leading me to close the game.
On reload my reputation went from mid B too high D completely skipped C!
I had just created my own company this was my first mission… on the reload after the crash… I had to do another check up on my plane

. Electrical system- maintain - 82,358Cr
.landing gear - out of order - 25,266 Cr.
.hydraulic system- maintain - 2,353 Cr.

Sell plane 0cr
Buy new plane FROM - 250,000Cr
How am I meant to fix it when you only get 1000cr per mission or 5000cr for a 2 hour flight??
304 flights 3250NM and 22hours
do I restart carer or hope for them to fix my game?
Or just bin the game altogether??

Same here! I instantly failed 4 search and rescue missions… can’t even play the game anymore cause it keeps happening. Started yesterday. I’ve verified files already, restarted my computer several times and still doing it. Fix your ■■■■ Microsoft.
Same issue, with my own heli. So it’s not enough that my reputation is going down, I need to fix it also. After the first one the game even crashed so I couldn’t even make some money back. I was hoping that there was something wrong with the freelance missions so I started some employee mission. Same issue, aircraft got smashed as soon as the map loaded, yet again, reputation drop for crashing, it’s a joke, didn’t even touch the aircraft yet.

Just did another VIP mission and it spawned me into the trees in the ground after I skipped to decent. Failed the mission and lost rep. They better fix this ■■■■
Same with me and no place in the game to report it. Started the mission and showed aircraft crashed followed by an error and drop in reputation
Also starting in the water at seaplane bases with aircraft that can’t. Insta crash and loss of rep.
