Just had this gem to start a flight today… luckily skipping the startup and skipping the taxi set me up safely on the taxiway.

Same…plane placed in tree at mission start, crashed nose down to ground before I could even get inside. My rep was strong A and barely a B at lvl 14, really maddening,
The coding should at least be able to detect this as NOT the players fault. Like devs are trolling players actually. NOW I can’t take Career mode serious at all since it’s legit broken for now. Sucks, since I was really enjoying the heck out of it.

Start mission. Crash. Mission over.
So now what? I can’t even do my check flight for my ppl. I had an A and no w down to a C. Is there a fix or anything I can do to get my ppl now?
I lost a stack of reputation when this aircraft loaded in a building. When I removed the covers to see what would happen, the mission gave me an aircraft crashed notice. Not happy about that.
i have the exact same problem, but my plane is falling from the sky in some airports. this happens way too often.

Just as a workaround until they fix this, whenever you click Fly, put your fingers on the Alt and F4 keys and if it loads with a plane in an odd position simply press the Alt and F4 to exit game. It still sucks because you have to load sim again, but at least you don’t have to repair the aircraft.
I am down to a c now because it keeps starting me off in a crash. Have you figured this out yet? Any help would be appreciated
Just created my first company and bought my first aircraft. I load a mission and it slams me into the ground with the power off and I fail the mission and lose my aircraft. The aircraft was sitting still then all of a sudden it jumps like the toaster in ghostbusters and crashes. Career mode is so ■■■■■■■ broken this is total bull ■■■■. Cmon Asobo fix this ■■■■ already.

Sorry man, the only fix i have found is to stop playing for the moment.
Went away for xmas and haven’t booted it back up yet. Shame because career mode is so good when it works.

still the same problems, im currently doing passenger missions as a freelancer, but if i want to do some cargo or vip or any other missions, the selected aircraft doesnt spawn. my 737 is spawning at the beginning of the mission. does somebody have the same issues here?
I had a legitimate crash yesterday, lost reputation and reparation costs. Thats ok, I gave up for the day. Logged in today and lost reputation again for the same crash without even flying. Then I tried to take another mission, only for me to crash again without even getting into the mission with new reputation loss.
Later i tried a charter mission with my vision jet. My Hotas disconnected and when I reconnected it, my plane went crazy and crashed immediately. I’m giving up now. I can’t afford this anymore.

Description of the issue:
I accepted a mission in my 172 Cargo, departing from EGJV (Davidstow Moor). I clicked the “Fly Now” button. My plane spawned glitching inside the hangar roof. A grey screen displayed saying that I’d failed the mission because I crashed my plane. I received all the usual penalties of a failed mission: the mission disappeared, I suffered reputation loss, however my charming little Cessna 172 Skyhawk was undamaged.
[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

yeah I have seen that too luckily in a helicopter mission but still I was penalized for “taking off” without atc permission for just flying off the roof to join the taxi way - the missions are cr*p right now
