Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it? Yes, it loads up Dev Mode around 60% and crashes. Sometimes it will make it to the main menu but frozen.

What/How do you mean exactly? Im also having this issue as I enabled the devmode to install custom liveries I exited the game without bothering to disable the devmode now I can’t get back into the game as I crash just when the dev tools loaded in the loading screen. I’m not getting any options for safe mode either. How do I disable dev mode externally?
safe mode comes only on top if dev mode was disabled, so far I know…
How to deactivate dev mod ? hmmm… have no special idea. I assume its somewhere stored within the cloud settings. May be try to start offline ( and may be additional with removal of you local settings cache (backup)).
