Its enough to just have PL running in the background.
As for the instruments, see here, and use the 15Hz option.
As for RTSS, get it here and set" framerate limit" to “30”, and “scanline sync x/2” to “-1” sounds confusing but it’s just two settings. remove vsync in nvidia control panel AND game - only use RTSS, perfect.
