Logitech Flight Yoke System and Rudder Pedals controls, commands and key-bindings

Hey simmers!

Have the Logitech Flight Yoke System and the Rudder Pedals and couldn’t find any topic sharing best controls, commands and key-bindings for this setup. Default values don’t see optimal / practical. I customized some of them but I still feel like they can be improved and was wondering what configs others may have as this is critical to have a good and more realistic flying experience.

Could you share your mappings?

Thanks a lot.

Happy landings!

That’s awesome @FawnPeak4988433 Thanks for sharing!

What functions do you have in the keys from the throttle (T1, T2, etc.)? Do you use the keyboard and the mouse at all? If so, what keys are you using and for what controls? Trying to find a minimal setup / ideal mapping that gives a realistic experience without the need of keyboard and mouse but not sure if that’s possible without extra peripherals.

Thanks again :small_airplane:

I use Flight Quadrant.
And deleted almost all keyboard and mouse bindings.

Nice! That’s what I’m interested in :hugs:

How did you do it? I mean, what controls / functions did you replace with what keys? Could you share all your key-bindings for the yoke, the rudder pedals, the quadrant and the keyboard / mouse (if any) when you have a chance? That’d be :100:

Thanks @FawnPeak4988433

You will find them in the pictures above!
They are all I use.

Cool! Will look them closely. Thanks again @FawnPeak4988433

No keys for the keyboard at all then :+1:

That’s a whole 'nother story! AMAZING! Some day…

Quick question @FawnPeak4988433 How do you control the flaps? They’re not set in the screenshots you shared above

Ohh I see now from one of the pictures of your cockpit. You have another quadrant :+1:

BTW Are the mixture, the propeller and the throttle corresponding to the three joysticks of the quadrant? Those same options were already set from my side and I’m not sure if I’m overriding them with the yoke settings. Also noting that the quadrant doesn’t show up as a separate control here (quadrant options are under the yoke ones).

Thanks @FawnPeak4988433

Yes they are. Quadrant is highlighted.
But you can always change them.

Thanks for confirming. I’ll give it a try and report back here.

@FawnPeak4988433 Thanks for the screen shots! I have the exact same setup as you posted plus the multipanel and one of the logitech LCD gauges. It was driving me crazy that it was still forcing me to rely on the keyboard so much.

Happy New Year to all!

I’m new here so apologise if posting question in wrong place.
I have HoneyComb Alpha Yoke and Bravo quadrant, and trying to bind the key I spent a week of time… For example I didn’t succeed at all to find - which function to map hardware key in order to have fuel transfer from AUX tank to the main one in Diamond DA40. Or how to turn the cockpit light in “dark and cold” situation for Cessna 172… Out of this I have question and didn’t find an answer: if there anywhere (or anybody  ) the complete list of ALL airplane controls for specific model with corresponding function names? To be able quickly map the hardware (or keyboard) keys for specific functionality ?

Thanks in advance!
