Logitech Freedom 2.4 GHz Cordless Joystick Not Working

My Logitech Freedom 2.4 GHz Cordless Joystick is not recognised in MSFS2020 while it is in FSX.
Can anyone help me to get this joystick working with MSFS2020?

It is basically the same as Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Precision Joystick but wireless.

I can see the Logitech Freedom 2.4 working on under device managers so it is just MSFS2020 that is not seeing so there must be a fix or workaround to make it work.

Can anyone help please as don’t want to buy a new joystick?

any solution?

Did you purchase MSFS via Steam?

If you did then ensure the controller options in steam associated with the game are “forced off”

Same problem here. The Freedom 2.4 appears on the control options as tab, but there is no function or axis listed. How can we configure this?

I use the same controller and got most of it to work. Still trying to map all the buttons. But, under the controller settings you should see multiple tabs at the top of that window for keyboard, mouse and controller. Under the controller tab you should see your controller listed. Then in the button left corner be sure to change the filter so that it says “All”. Unfortunelty from here you will have to map all the buttons manually. For the flight controls, be sure to just map the Axis info. I have screenshot below, but its not my setup as i am not near my home PC but hopefully it will get you started.

Thanks for your help. I have now set it to work basically and use my old PC Xbox controller for views and keyboard for the rest. It should be a plugin and go as it apparently was during the alpha. Let’s hope they add all the different profile back in the next update. If my Xbox controller goes off and I turn it back on it crashes the game which is a pain I hope they fix.
