I can’t keep posting these messages because I keep getting told off for duplicates, but great solution here:

I haven’t got any answer, but it works for me. What I tried to do was a bit silly - I moved original exe file from FS location, then I created a new file (it was simply text file) and named it Flightsimulator2024.exe, making sure there is no more hidden extension. And I was able to create profile using this file. Off course I moved original exe file replacing the fake one. Not sure what it looked like exactly, but at first I was sure it didn’t work.
