Logitech/saitek radio panel

I have recently bought a new PC specifically for MSFS running Windows 11. My Saitek Radio Panel no longer works. I have run the software exe from the Logitech site and the panel test programme operates the panel correctly. However it remains dark when MSFS should be connecting. It is the same with all the aircraft that I have tried. The panel works fully on my old PC.
Could it be a Windows 11 issue or have I forgotten something.
Can anybody help please?

I recommend using Spad.next instead of the Logitech software.
It will make the panels function properly and provide you with many more options.

+1 for Spad.neXt, but bear in mind that itā€™s payware. Well worth the (relatively) low cost for me as itā€™s the absolute core of my home cockpit setup, but not everyone will be willing to spend the money or the ongoing annual upgrade costs.

Hello I have the same opinion I have not bought Spad.next and everything works for me. @CommandVictor98
If you need help we can look to see what happens

Are the buttons working and the screen stays blank?
Look on youtube for Saitek multi panel blank screen fix for windows
It worked for me!

Oeps, it is your radiopanel and not your multipanel. Sorry

I think the error is in the exe.xml
You can go this route and see if itā€™s something like that.

The OEM driver/plugin work OK. SPAD.neXt has a much better implementation and will open a huge number of possibilities for all of your controllers.

I bought it in its day for P3D. Spad.Next
But I refuse to pay every year.
So I tried Linda free and everything worked great with PMDG 737-800
(Already on the subject I will see if Linda YourControls for MSFS 2020 is here)

Correct it is.
But for it to work you will have to run the .exe before MSFS 2020

The pricing model allows C0nnex to continue to develop the program; if it were a one-time purchase with free upgrades forever, I doubt heā€™d be able to afford to keep the project going. So Iā€™m OK with paying an ongoing fee to get access to all that it does for me, knowing itā€™ll keep track with MSFS updates etc.

But everyoneā€™s mileage may vary and as you point out, there are plenty of other ways to get the job done. FSUIPC and Linda have been getting it done for a lot longer than Spad.neXt, after all.

Thanks for the help, it was indeed the Logitech plug-in not running. I seem to need to start it manually each session so I will add it to the Addon Linker start list.
Thanks again to all.

I put a shortcut to Logitech EXE on my desktop in case for some reason itā€™s not running when I launch FS2020. (It requires a commandline switch of which I donā€™t recall, maybe /R.)

That said, I may invest in Spad.Next myself.

ā€œThe pricing model allows C0nnex to continue to develop the program; if it were a one-time purchase with free upgrades forever, I doubt heā€™d be able to afford to keep the project going.ā€

Same could be said for any software, or none. Many programs donā€™t charge yearly, or for updates, only for full version releases. Others have gone full subscription.

The catch with full subscription (like Adobe, or Microsoft) is that they have no urgency to supply meaningful updates. Office hasnā€™t changed in 20 years, but now they charge every year.

Arguably, SPAD.neXt is constantly being worked on.

Anyway -

From their Buy page:

From the ā€œUpdate Subscriptionā€ page:

First of all, it cannot be emphasized this enough, your license to use SPAD.neXt will never expire, and you can always use it, once you purchased a license.
For always being up-to-date and being able to use the latest version of SPAD.neXt, you will need a valid update subscription. Once it expires itā€™s your free decision to renew it or not.
If you do not renew it, you will ā€œjustā€ stay at the major release, that was published when the subscription expired. If you decide to renew the subscription later on you can do so.

What will be charged for the update subscription?
The pricing for the update subscription has been determined as follows (Dec. 2018):
All prices +VAT.

Normal License (any Standard license)
1-Year: ā‚¬9,99
2-Years: ā‚¬16,99
3-Years: ā‚¬22,99
Lifetime: ā‚¬31,99

Complete License:
1-Year: ā‚¬14,99
2-Years: ā‚¬24,99
3-Years: ā‚¬31,99
Lifetime: ā‚¬49,99
(Also keep in mind, your first year is always included in the license)

Do I need to renew the update subscription even with the Complete licence?
Yes. The complete license is just ā€œthe complete packageā€ (everything thatā€™s there featurewise and will ever be there in future). Nevertheless coding new stuff costs time (and thus money). The update subscriptions is to upkeep the development. Just like e.g P3D. Just that we openly say why, and not just say ā€œHey, if I change the major version, go and buy a new license, and I change it every yearā€

This appears to mean you can buy some version of the base software and then a lifetime subscription to updates.

Voucher
So if I bought a lifetime license a long time ago.
Now it doesnā€™t work if I donā€™t pay for a yearā€¦?
Thanks.

Interesting. I didnā€™t notice there was a ā€˜lifetimeā€™ update subscription available. Maybe itā€™s new, or Iā€™m just dumb

When my current sub runs out I may go for that option.
