Hi there, need some help!!
I just purchased switch panel and after connecting via USB there is no reaction at all, device is not visible anywhere. I have tried all USB ports and all is the same. When I plugged it in to another PC it is recognized straight away so I don’t think that device is faulty. I am already using multipanel and it works fine but I can’t get wthe switch panel to work.
Anyone can help?
Thanks!!
Have you tried downloading the test tool?
Logitech has a tester which shows the panned on the screen and then reacts to your input.
Scroll down until you see “Flight Pannels Test Software”
The drivers are in that list as well.

I have all this installed but still Windows does not see the device.
Have you installed the plugin for the switch panel?
And launched it?
Is it in a usb 2.0 socket or above and the panels only work if i plug them directly into USB’s directly connected to the motherboard I believe they will also work if you use a powered usb hub.
I have all three panels, the Yoke and usb throttle quadrant plugged in a powered usb hub and they work fine. Mind you I’m using Spad.Next for the three panels.

All my panels now work with SPADNext. I got rid of all the Logitech drivers. I had to do some “tweaking” but now everything is working correctly. FWIW

I have unplugged all USB devices, and plugged in switch panel in the front USB pane and it suddenly was discovered and it is working fine now.
Thanks everyone!!
Note that I had the exact same problem on my switch panel, with a brand new gaming pc with Windows 10.
When plugged in, It wasn’t recognized even by USB analysis utilities (should be VID: 06a3 PID:0d67).
Tried all ports, all Logitech drivers, reboots … nothing helped.
Just only after I found an old USB hub, disconnected everything and connected the flight switch via the hub, it popped up in the device list, and could see it is functioning on the test page.
Hope this helps.
Cheers.
They are pretty sensitive with USB3 vs USB2.
Possible your new rig is all USB3 ports and the old hub is USB2 (which they prefer).
