I have a X56 throttle which has 2 rotary knobs. I would use them for dimming/brightening light-bulbs in my cockpit. I thought that this will do the trick:
But unfortunately it isn’t working. Any ideas how can I make it work?

I just purchased a X56,pretty happy with it.
But I’ve not found any usage for the 2 rotary knobs (RTY3 and RTY4). Light management seems the obvious candidate, but I can’t figure out how to map it. I tried the same as you did without success.
Have you finally found a solution to make this working?
