Setting a vor or ils frequency in the NAV 1 radio and activating it, you cannot hear the morse beeps beeps

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Just do an approach, when intercepting ILS set the frequency on NAV 1 radio. You should hear the beeps morse code. But you don’t.
