At 7500 lbs of fuel and 4 passengers, sea level SoCal 25degC and calm wind, I have TO trim set to the edge (2.6) of the green (nose down), and the aircraft wants to leave the runway without some forward yoke pressure, near stall speed.
Is it normal to have to trim to the edge of the green (just prior to “NO TAKEOFF” msg) plus applying some forward pressure in order to keep the aircraft on the runway until it reaches Vr?
I found if you expand the width of the W&B toolbar menu it will show you the same CG graph as before you spawn in. Took me a year to finally figure that out. Unless we’re talking about different things, then my apologies
Thanks for these details. I believe the root cause on my end is the Brunner force feedback yoke’s software, once I changed it to “hardware trim” it corrected the issue. But the data for CG vs TO Stab Trim was a good reminder which drew me back to the manual.
