Longitude thrust reverser logic and messages are wrong/incomplete

Since this has only been partially fixed and nevertheless locked:

[BUG LOGGED] Longitude thrust reverser messages missing

The only cockpit indication when using reverse thrust are the moving (reverse) thrust levers. Toggling reverse thrust, and/or using less then 0% throttle should result in a white T.R. UNLOCK message being displayed above the N1 gauge. (Presently there are instead of the N1 and thrust mode reference, 4 com frequencies?) Once the thrust reversers are in their fully open position, the white message should turn into a green T.R. DEPLOY message. [A day in the life of a corporate p…

The only difference prior to SU6 is that the white T.R. UNLOCK message appears when reverse thrust is being applied which is wrong.

1. This message should appear as soon as reverse thrust has been toggled and thrust is still at IDLE.
   This is essential because you can only apply reverse thrust once the thrust reversers are fully open.
   This takes ~2sec (at least the thrust reversers are now correctly animated).

2. The green T.R. DEPLOY message is missing.

This idle reverse bug affects all thrust reverser equipped MSFS aircraft.
