If you fly VIP missions, you know the frustration. The higher-value Longitude flights are nearly impossible to find quickly!
Why? The mission icons for the Longitude and the standard PC-24 are identical (the plain purple circle). This forces us to waste time clicking through every mission just to spot the rare flight we want. Finding them is much harder than it should be.
We need a simple solution. We request that Microsoft assign a unique visual indicator—a different icon color, shape, or symbol—specifically to the Longitude VIP missions.
This small change is a huge quality-of-life improvement. It would instantly let every pilot spot and select the premium flights. That means we spend less time scrolling and much more time flying.
Ive found that a lot of missions when it comes to the aircraft selection I can select another aircraft.
So if I click on a mission and hit accept, it’ll default to the PC24 and I click select different aircraft and can usually select the longitude. Just make sure to select a mission close to where you’re longitude is at so your transfer cost isn’t too high.

The Longtitude is certainly capable of flying any VIP mission, but the £1.2M payout is not financially sound when up against £200K inspection fees and wear and tear. My actual issue is the lack of high-value missions, typically £3M+, that this specific aircraft can access. A unique mission icon is crucial; it would clearly show players where these high-value contracts are, saving a lot of time. This information is also essential when initially purchasing a Longtitude to ensure an optimal base location from the start, as moving the aircraft is very expensive. The UK seems to be lacking these contracts in general. Mine’s UK-based, and I haven’t seen a mission above £1.5M in months.

What rating are you? I didn’t see many high paying missions until I got a S tier rating. That unlocks some higher paying missions. I’ve had missions pay 5+ million with a bad weather and no skip bonus. But would struggle to make 3 million with an A rating. Can’t comment about the UK though as I’m US based.
I believe you can see where the “hot spots” are for an aircraft when buying it, there is a map that shows that but they do change with the season

Yes but very rare. Plus the maintenance costs do not reduce with a rating crash. So earnings are just below seriously below fair.

I’m an S-rated pilot, but high-paying missions seem to be playing hide-and-seek around the UK! Even regular VIP flights rarely pay more than 1.6 million. The region could really use more top-dollar missions, especially the big ones that need planes like the Longitude or CJ4. Adding a small icon to highlight these lucrative missions would be a fantastic help—that way, we can quickly spot them and get our planes right where the money is!

I have been asking for the yellow bubble icons to get a plane identifier for ages. Like just a small 172 in the bubble or cj4 would be so awesome

That’s a great point! The icon system is really frustrating. Having to click on a yellow plane just to figure out the plane type is definitely an annoying extra step. It truly feels like the whole system is due for a revamp.
