Try South India, Kerala between airports like VOTV or VOCI etc… its monsoon now (for live weather) and if the weather is right you get to see some nice scenery breaking out of the clouds.
Well, I have an original suggestion: there are two hurricane warnings in southeastern USA, maybe you’d like to do some storm following? In P3D I loved flying to places when storms were hitting, made for challenging approaches and landings, and I love bad weather.
