First of all, thanks for the FS team for bringing this sim to market. I would like to share with you a photo of KHHR airport in Los Angeles, it looks awful. All my settings to MAX, and I even tried to manual cache the scenery but got the same result.
Any help will be appreciated.

Wait for a Bing update. Not much you can do about it. The world is big, some data is bugged.

What is a Bing update?
The simulator uses Bing maps (like Google maps, but owned by Microsoft) for the satellite and height data. This data sometimes has some errors in it. Bing maps gets constantly updated with new data (just like Google maps) so it probably will be resolved eventually.
Some Bing updates not only corrects, but also brokes things, as has happened to some places in my region.
So hope they get these things corrected soon. 
Have somebody been flying in Norway and it’s fjords ( not my region) , there are so much peculiar and unbelievable things going on, scenery wise.
