Hi,
I had successfully passed the scenario of the first scientific mission about the Tornado, (while I had a B close to A reputation), and MSFS just crashed while loading the return to the Head Quarter.
Then I returned to my my career mode and it open the reputation and just removed everything to get a C reputation.
unfortunately I was unable to take any screenshot.
I have had the same issue and reported it.
CTD upon entering back into the HQ and lost rep.

This also just happened to me. Also right after completing the scientific Tornado mission. Rolled me back from a rep of B back to mid-C. Was more rep than I would have earned with just that mission because I was already B before I started it.
This has happened to me twice now and is really demoralizing, I should be rep A by now but having lost all my rep around mid B makes me not want to play anymore. After mission completion, XP says “NAN”, you press continue and it crashes. When you restart the game and goto career, all reputation is lost.

Well there’s not much to it. You finish the Tornado mission, sim crashes, you lose all rep.
Dont really need the long, drawn-out template for that.
Same issue here. Completed mission with 84 quality and 100 flight smoothness. Rep dropped from almost A back to C.

+1, it happened to me also. Exactly the same scenario. Reputation A before mission, mission finished with rank A, application crashes, after restart reputation drops to C. I also noticed that in my stats number of career missions is 0. Maybe that’s why reputation dropped. I raised a bug.
Among other bugs in career, this one takes the cake. Lost interest at this point.
Same thing for me. Lost all my rep, just about rage uninstalled. Not yet though.
Just had the same thing happen to me. Very frustrating.
Good thing the game has absolutely archaic and brutal punishments right? Otherwise these bugs might not be so glaring and game ending. We can’t have that!
Also, this post is the same issue kind of minus the crash, it crashes for some and not others. We may want to combine posts.
The same here on Series X, almost A to C after a crash
My wife had the same on PC
All glitches and missions failed due to bugs â– â– â– â– with our rep - we are being penalized heavily for things which are NOT our fault.
I went from Rep A to almost rep D now because three of my 2-3 hour flights were messed up by bugs now today.
Encountered the same bug. Finished tornado mission successfully (S-rating), crashed to desktop, upon re-logging in I lost 2 full bars of reputation. I was more than 3/4 of the way to “S” level reputation…now I am just over half way into “C” level.
Happend to me too.
Finished the mission with an „golden S“. Game crashed on xbox. Going back and falling from a good B (almost A) to s middle C.
Is there anything to be done to address this? An official bug? Same thing happened here and it’s not awesome lol
Similar, except for me it was an airliner mission (non company) that I’d actually completed successfully. Finished with a high-B rating (got knocked down due to random taxiway infringement bugs and ATC glitched), went back to menu, my rep dropped from S-tier to absolute zero at the bottom of D-tier.
I have had this pain too. it’s a pain.
