Same thing just happened to me (on XBox series X) on the tornado mission dropping rep from mid B to low C after the same thing happened after a crash at the end of a previous special mission which dropped me from being just into rep A to low B. Googled the issue and found this thread so I signed up just to post this.
I forgot to mention, this was after completing the tornado mission with a low A rating. Iâm not sure what my rating was on the previous mission but it certainly wasnât bad enough to warrant losing almost and entire bar of reputation.
Same for me. Anybody succeeded without a crash?
Scientific and VIP missions are broken
Oh gosh⊠There is another Tornado mission appeared, the one on Cessna 208. I decided to try it and it was a BIG mistake.
- There was a red cloud on the ground instead of tornado
- When flying around âtornadoâ airplane speeds up and increase altitude rapidly so you have to use reverse thrust to maintain altitude and speed but in this case it stalls.
- Game crashed after finishing the flight. And you know what? This is even worse than another Tornado mission. Look at that! I HAD S REPUTATION!!!

This just happened to me and I seem to have received my credits back for my twin endorsement? I do like credits, but I would really prefer to keep my reputation.
Just confirming there is a second scientific mission popping up with todays start of the career mode. Dont trust this mission right now. Devs working on it seems what i appreciate.
Would even more love if devs only make available/visible what is tested before. but it is what it is.
Same here, I went from A to C. Wasted so much time. Thatâs not fair at all, give me back my reputation points!!!
Developers said they fixed crash after ending of this mission.
Well, haha, yes. You will not reach the end of this mission now, airplane is not moving. Clever move. No end = no crash in the end

Yes!!! This mission is finally working and no CTD in the end! Just donât skip any steps of this wonderful mission otherwise you may get stuck in the ground like in my previous post.

Do the DA62 move in other missions for you and in âfree flightâ?
I didnât check. Now it happened only when I tried to skip mission steps. When I did it without skipping everything was ok and I was able to complete the mission

This appears to be fixed for me. The reputation seems to work now, the mission completes, and it is removed from my map, as one would expect. There are other bugs with this mission now, but at least it can be completed and not crash or bug out.

Same to me, fisrt time with tornado mission, but i happens some times on other missions to. All of the reputaiton is gone multiple times. It is so frustrating. MS should give as all rep A or s back
