Losing Audio on Task switch

PC - Microsoft Store version - Not used Developer Mode

This is of course a Windows issue, but I remember experiencing it in FSX.
I have a 2 monitor setup, using Navigraph charts, Online dashboard etc on the 2nd monitor.
Each time I click on the 2nd screen I lose audio from msfs2020.
This is Windows task switch or audio emphasis.
I am using the front mini-jack inputs on my pc
Exhaustive searches provide information of a similar situation in FSX and suggesting a payware widget to overcome this.
Does anyone know how to set this up?
My flying buddy doesn’t suffer this same issue, so I believe it may be a simple fix from someone who knows the solution.

There is a setting in the sim’s Audio section to allow MSFS audio to continue in the background (i.e., you will continue to hear sound effects from the sim even ALT-Tabbing out to another window). Make sure that’s on.
