I suddenly find my Bose sound Mini system is not recognised on MSFS though shown as installed on my Windows 10. Anyone else had sound problems with non standard sound units

My different problem but now after your report I’m at attention. I’ve start to have strange problem, my rudder USB pedals starts to have disconnection at random time. Not any typical sound of disconnect device but lost power and sometimes I discovered this very late, typically during approach that my rudder doesn’t working. Then look at my pedals and LED power green off 
I noticed this from start of December 2022 randomly, not frequently. All other USB devices no problems.
Check that the correct devices are being used in your windows/sound settings. It’s happened to me a few times.

Had that happen once last year with my Dell usb sound bar that I use for ATC, voice, etc.
Start with Windows settings to make sure it is set as you want, reconfigure and test it there.
After that, set up in msfs again.
My thinking is this setting could get lost with cloud sync “sometimes” during an upgrade.
Only happened once since day one and all the updates since.
