I am using Dev mode however did not make changes

Brief description of the issue:

Since the last updates i cannot select any airport. Typing in the start of a well known airport results in a non recognition of the airport. And when i go there in a slew mode the airport shows up, however all runways are blur and cover with mud and grass. Only airport fully defined in MSFS 2020 will show. Any airport intruduced via the community folder will show up as they contain runway data. This applies to all airports. So in conclusion all airport runway data in base MSFS 2020 is lost.
Hope you have a solution without a complete reload of the program

You’ve added the xbox tag but there is no Dev mode option with Xbox version. Are you using the steam or ms-store version maybe ?

Thanks for your promp reply. Did your recommended move and deleted all .dat files at the suggsted location. However still missing loads of airports. The example airport still missing when i enter EDTL or any in Japan such as ROAH. There must be something else going on

Are you missing the airports on the World map as well ?
No issue at EDTL:

Could you try to start the sim in safe mode to discard that a 3rd party addon is not causing a conflict ? (it will disable your community folder and Marketplace addons): to achieve that, once into the sim, go to your Windows Task manager, terminate msfs.exe and restart the sim. You’ll get the safe mode prompt option.

Tried the Safe mode. Same result. Eliminated the .dat files before starting the safe mode. And indeed i do miss the airports on the Global Map aswell.

In the scenery indexes file i only see asobo, fs-base and microsoft files now

When you restarted the sim in normal mode, did you get a prompt to load new files ?

I did not any promt to load new files.

I will be travelling in a few hours and be back home monday early.

And just to add. When landing at an airport where the underground is like waves you just follow the waves and crash. So the detail data for the airports itself is simply missing. The worldmap only shows airports that are basis in MSFS like JFK

Just to add. I have a backup of the june version of my WpSystem and XboxGames folders. Can that be of any help here. Maybe copy and overwrite this version back to my present version of MSFS 2020.

Thanks for your effort and i will now go for a complete reload of MSFS 2020 to avoid losing more time. Thanks anyway and regards
