ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
After second start of MSFS2024 today I suddently lost most of logbook entries. Now I only have 3 flights logged, where it has to be over 200. Flightimes, adventures etc are still there so must be somewhere recorded, but the specific logbook entries are missing. Don’t know what I did wrong here and if I can get all entries back…

Oh not this again! I (and many others) had this issue in 2020. I was almost to the 500 hours achievement and poof…everything was gone one day, flight log, hours, etc… It was so frustrating to me that I quit flying for a while because of that.

I HOPE this isn’t the same issue that was never resolved in 2020 and made it to 2024.

Can’t remember if I had it in 2020, but for 2024 I hope it is slightly different.
As you can see, all my achievment, hours in flight, landing etc. are still there and counting. It is just that the logbook entries are missing.
So somewhere in the cloud the data must still be there, but are not shown in my logbook. It would be disappointing if it stays like this, but I still have hope to get them back at some point.

On the other hand, Asobo transfered so many bugs from 2020 to 2024 (even solved ones in 2020), that my hope could be prooved wrong…

This happened to me just now. I logged on, it made me do all the things I did when I first launched the game back in Nov 2024, I was a bit confused. When I checked my logbook, everything was 0. I had over 350+ logged flights and now they are all gone. I really hope there is a way to recover them because that is a LOT of flights that I want to keep in my record. Extremely frustrating that this is still happening after the first post was made on this topic.
