I’ve lost the on screen toolbar after the latest update. Does anyone know how to restore it?
Check that you are still in developer mode

Sorry, not the developer toolbar. The toolbar which has the fuel, ATC, map ext… When moving the mouse to the upper part of the screen it would show up. Now its gone and I don’t know how to bring it back.

The OP said he had a Steam installation (as I do). This afternoon, when launching FS, steam announced an update and it churned for a few minutes. I thought that was the update. I opened FS and noticed the bugs, and it was only later when I opened again that the in-game updater popped up.
Don’t know what Steam was doing, but it fooled us into thinking the update was done.
Ah yes… 
Same with MS Store. There will always be an installer first. Then the installer will do all the downloading. (We hope!) ha

Same problem here
I have the same issue where my tool bar does not appear and i cannot access the in game market place. I have restarted the game numerous times and no update is popping up. The problems started when steam updated the game.
I have the same issue, although on MS Store bought version. After update to 1.10.8 the inflight toolbar which is accessible by moving the mouse to the top of the screen is gone ! i cannot access ATC panel, auto pilot… Have relaunched the game multiple times, no joy yet !
Hey there was another forum with the same problem, they figured it out. Log out of the xbox live account in the game then restart the game and then log back in and it should start the actual update
