here in the discord group where i participate some people managed to solve the problem by applying the tweak Afinnyt mask in the fs2020 CFG file
we also discovered that for some reason when we open the pop up windows of the simulator itself
example: map, control tower, cameras and we minimize them
we found that in doing so the fps goes up a lot in aft burn, and all the simulator stutters disappear even within the a320 neo, apparently the simulator is not badly optimized it is having a bug where it does not recognize the simulator as a priority process
I just did a test in a 747, ultra settings. FPS in cockpit 30 in midair. then I turned off the master battery switch, as you do to be eco friendly ;), and the FPS went up to over 40. So my guess is something is very wrong with the MFD panels, when they are black the frames are as good as in a Cessna.

32GB DDR4 3600, 12600KF and RTX 3080, High to Ultra settings.
On fields easy 60FPS, but all of a sudden drops to 20-30 and GPU use 50-60%, CPU use variable but according to task manager no thread is saturated. Total use 20-30%, temps below 60 C for CPU en 75 for GPU.
A bit unfortunate as the hardware can clearly make the software perform better.
