Low Virtual Memory CTD

Hello everyone.
For the first time after months I got this error in the event viewer followed by immediate CTD.

Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. The following programs consumed the most virtual memory: FlightSimulator.exe (324) consumed 16459079680 bytes, Fenix.GqlGateway.exe (4360) consumed 1324781568 bytes, and MsMpEng.exe (4312) consumed 375115776 bytes.

Never seen it before and never had issues with virtual memory.
Any help?
PS: MSFS is intalled on a dedicated M.2

Ryzen 7800X 3D
32GB 6000mHz DDR5

Updated:
Same scenario but I was unable to reproduce (all worked fine).
I monitored RAM usage and it never goes above 45%.
Question; Do I have to enable page file also in the SSD where MSFS is installed? Or It should be enable only on the C drive? (in C is managed by windows).
I wonder what may have caused the issue?
Thanks

Matteo

No, you only need one page file.

Thanks. Paging is set to automatic settings on the C drive.
According to the error approx 18GB of my 32 available were in use. So I don’t get the reason of this warning (from my undertanding page file is only used when RAM runs out of space). The system correctly identifies 32GB of RAM

I have the same issue with 64Gb RAM from time to time since a long time ago. Virtual memory normally stays around 50% but goes close to 100% usage before crashing, no matter the pagefile setting you use. That has no sense as game itself can’t use such big amount of physical nor virtual memory.

Cheers

If you have any third party sceneries it could be an issue with one of them.
I wouldn’t be too concerned unless it continues to happen.

I keep having the same issue. Not in game but when I try to start MSFS. 2 out of 3 times I get this error in the event viewer

I can’t sort the issue. I have 32GB of DDR5 and the page file is automatically set by windows. Never had this issue since few days ago and I’m playing MSFS from beta testing.
Any help? Thanks

I have exactly the same problems as you I was also in the beta.
What I have done so far is that I have deleted all fs-base files and reinstalled them on reboot so far everything seems to be working, I will do some long time tests this weekend and report back

What solved the issue for me was a complete unistall of Asus Armory Crate. There was some program related to RGB management that kept crashing (ambientlight.exe or something like that). On the Asus forum many users were complaining about low virtual memory errors and all of them had this .exe crashing. Asus had promised an update of Armory Crate but still not released. After unistall the problem disappeared. At least for the last week (finger crossed).
My specs are

Asus ROG B-650 A Gaming

Hi, I have now made some long flights of about 6 hours and more and had no more CTD.
recreating the FS base files helped me. I also use Asus Armory Crate but have no problems with it.
my setup is ASUS rog maximus hero z790 with 96Gb memory in XMP mode CPU i9-13900KS GPU Asus RTX4090
