Hello,
Bug Reports is only for first-party airports. This is a third-party airport. So I have moved it to Community Support.

oh dear my mistake. I totally forgot that I had downloaded this. I never download scenery but must have grabbed this at some time. Found it in the Community folder and have removed it. I had always assumed it came with the World update for Netherlands.
My mistake.
