Made a purchase, it failed. Marketplace did never ever come back again... ("A transaction is still pending. Please, wait a few years...")

Hi!
PC MS2020 purchased at MS official site.
Can anybody tell me how can I resucitate Marketplace? I attempted (few days after update 9) to buy
Moscow landmarks and purchase failed. A message warned that Marketplace was going to turn over soon… matter of hours at worst…
Now, more than a month I am still waiting. The message is the same one every time i open up the simulator: “Purchase is currently pending. It will be retried shortly. If not completed after 24 h, please contact Customer Support” (Have no idea where lives that genleman to go contact him).
This means that I can open the Marketplace, I can navigate it up and down, but I can buy nothing at all!
So… What to do?

This will not clear on its own. There is a specific FAQ on the zendesk site that explains this. Basically raise a zendesk ticket and support will have to clear it for you. Took a day or so after I raised the ticket to clear when it happened to me.

as @Sling380 answered already what to do I’d like to add that in addition you can check quite some threads here in the forum about the issue.

Buy the item again and when it comes to paying cancel the transaction. The previously pending product will now start to download. This is how I solved the issue for me (didn‘t occur for some time though)

The problem I had was you can’t do anything so there is no way to buy it again or anything else for that matter.

You need to open a ticket at Zendesk (Service Support… NOT a Problem report :+1:).
PS: for me (and others?) I have to reboot the sim prior to a purchase. Coming from (quick) restore I usually get a “purchase failed” but usually recovers from that error state by itself.

Thanks, a lot, guys. Slowhand71: I eagerly would do it, but any purchase is avoided for me, If I attempt to re-buy the purchase, it becomes impossible for buy button is not active.
I’ll go to Zendesk. That’s a service I didn’t know, MimikriX.
Sling380: I looked for posts in FAQ but I didn’t find any. maybe my search words criteria wasn’t right. Many thanks, however.
