I have a menu idea in mind. Although do not know where to start to mod the menu. I have been searching for sometime, would anyone be able to point in the direction of some resources that deal specially with modding the main pre flight menus??

As far as I know, this is the only attempt to do something with the menu. But if you set aside the changes in the background pictures, almost nothing has changed. I do know that the number of airplane categories is hardwired into the .exe file, maybe the whole menu design can’t be changed either.
At least you can download this outdated mod and sneak a peek at one or the other solutions.
